Working with Kole, we wanted to stay true to their roots of being an outdoors brand dedicated to the women of true sports. As a proud Hawaiian, the owner wanted to honor and share a part of her heritage that made her the successful woman that she is today.

In Hawaii, the locals spearfish with just a pair of fins, a mask and a three barbed pole spear (three prong) “kole,” a marine reef fish that is largely unknown to the public but is in fact the prized snack of family gatherings and weddings.

We created a brand and logo that would be a nod to those in the know with a tribute to the delicious flavor of the kole and Kole's high quality and affordable priced swimsuits that you can't just have one of. You keep going back for more.
